One of these days I’m going to do a post on the fabulous Mary-Kate and Ashley. Their fabulousness however, is just so overwhelming that I don’t even know where I would start. In any case.. I have just fallen very hard for these Elizabeth and James shoes. They are quite beathtaking to say the least. The black snake detailing, the elastic laces, the canvas accents, the peep toe, and the covered wedge, I could go on.

Back from NYC… with lots of new stuff and a significantly lower account balance. Well worth it though! Took over Century 21 – found some great new pieces there  for work at some great prices. Also took care of business at Macy’s 5th floor shoe department… HELLOOOO SALE RACK!

I won’t post pictures of everything I bought, but I WILL post pictures of all my new shoes! Let me know which ones you like best!

Sam Edelman Gold Embellished Sandal from Century 21. My first time wearing them was Saturday - we walked all of Manhattan and all without a blister in sight!

Carlos by Carlos Santana... who would have thought?? I've already worn them to work and gotten an abundance of compliments. They're pretty amazing though, I must say.

Bright pink reptile Nine West pumps. Almost didn't take em' but I'm SO glad I did! You can see some of my purchases were inspired by my HOT MESS post a few days ago!

New Balance for Nine West. I'm obsessed with these. The colors are neon (so they are brighter in real life than in the pic.) But these pretty much saved my life when we left the club saturday night and had to wait for our 7am train.

It’s official… SUMMER HAS ARRIVED!

FINALLY. A comforting 24 degrees celsius today in sunny Montreal. As Q92 describes it – Canada’s best city.. and I have to agree.

On this beautiful day, I have been inspired to post all about summer shoes. My besties may know why… 🙂

You want to be comfortable, summery, stylish. You want to be lookin good, and you don’t want to spend too much to find a great pair. What should you go for?

a) Wedges?

B) Flip flops?

c) Peep toes?

Most preferred answer: a) Wedges.

So here are some affordable styles that will walk you through this summer:

Let’s start with the steal of the week – these Spring Shoes are only $49.99. I would say they’re pretty much essential for any

of this summer’s outfits.

Trish Leather Wedge Mules. Net-a-porter. Alexander Wang. $575

These wedges from Browns are so practical. They seem like they would be very comfortable... essential. They're on sale now for $99.98.

I don't think anyone would ever guess these shoes are from Spring. Only $34.99.. for that price, wear them twice and you got great use out of them!

Knotted Leather Shoe Boots. 3'' heel. Belle by Sigerson Morrison. Net-a-porter. $250.

It's so nice to see a fresh style. This is such a great innovation to the standard sneaker and wedge... Wish it was in my price range! Lace-up Canvas Wedges. Chloe. Net-a-porter. $695

Pedro Suede Wedges. Jimmy Choo. Net-a-porter. $455

The Green Accent is FANTASTIC. Wedge Leather Sandals. Net-a-porter. Miu Miu. $585

Described by Net-a-porter as a ''Statement Piece'' - and I have to agree, these Leather Wedge Sandals hardly have words to describe them..maybe perfection? Alaia. Net-a-porter. Statement Piece. $2,090.
